3 Days, 3 Quotes Tag/Challenge- Day 2

So…school started today. It’s definitely different being a sophomore. I’m also not going to be posting as much as it gets closer to the end of the month, because the work will start to pick up.

That being said, here’s Day 2 of the 3 Days 3 Quotes Challenge!

I was tagged by the amazing Analee @ Book Snacks to do this tag, and so thank you very much Analee! ❤

The Rules:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Post a quote for 3 consecutive days (1 quote for each day).
  3. Nominate three new bloggers each day.

Today’s quote is from the Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare! If you don’t already know, i absolutely love this book, and all of Cassandra Clare’s other books as well.

So, Jace has just told Clary that he was ninety percent sure that Clary had Shadowhunter blood, and so he was ninety percent sure that the runes wouldn’t kill her.

Here’s the quote:

Jace: “I was ninety percent sure.”

“I see.” Clary said.

There must have been something in her voice, because he turned to look at her. Her hand cracked across his face, a slap that rocked him back on his heels. He put his hand to his cheek, more in surprise than pain. “What the hell was that for?”

“The other ten percent.” She said.

I can’t even. This was so funny when i read it for the first time, and it just keeps getting better.

Anyways,

I tag:

Aira @ Aira Reads

Kimberly @ From Narnia to Neverland

Kayla @ Booked Solid 1989

And that is all for today’s post, day 3 to come tomorrow! 😉

Thank you so much for reading!
