I don’t think I realized that Maia from the Mortal Instruments was black until City of Heavenly Fire. I know that’s really bad and I know it obviously doesn’t make a difference but I honestly don’t remember Cassie Clare providing that specific a description for her.

A Character Name You’ve Been Pronouncing Incorrectly

Rhysand from A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas! I still pronounce it wrong I think but I don’t even care.

Oh enemies to lovers cause that sexual tension is always great to read 😉

Hmm I think I enjoy watching the whole bad boy cliche, though I like reading it too I suppose.

I feel like I have to go with “Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ” from Outlander though I don’t use it THAT often because it’s kind of long.

Have You Ever Not Read or Completed a Required Reading Book For School

Yeah I think I skimmed Fahrenheit 451, but that’s the only book for school I haven’t fully read I swear!

Have You Ever (Or Wanted To) Skipped A Chapter From the POV of a Character You Weren’t Interested In

When I re-read Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas I definitely skipped Manon’s chapters because I loved Rowan and Aelin so much.

Have You Ever Cancelled Social Plans To Read A Book

Hahahaha I feel like I definitely have because I sometimes think about doing that which leads me do believe I probably have done it before. Like sometimes I tell my friends I have a date tonight…with a book…or I say with Rowan Whitethorn, whichever I feel like doing that day.
