My 16th birthday is coming up next month on September 16th so I thought it would be the perfect time to host my very first giveaway!

I will be giving away a hardcover of An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir!

The giveaway will end on September 15, right before my birthday and I will be picking a winner on the morning of September 16.

This giveaway is for my blog followers, I was going to do one to celebrate 300 followers a few months ago, but that didn’t up happening so this is kind of my way of giving back to my awesome followers who always brighten up my day.

I must say, reading all of these books with the main characters being 16 and doing all of these independent things…I don’t feel like that at all. The fact that I’m going to be going into my second to last year of high school is crazy! College is coming up and I still feel like a 10 year old…

  12. I’m not 16 anymore but I kind of remember being 16 and I’m still in disbelief whenever teenage YA characters do all these amazing things I can never imagine doing even now! They tend to be ageless to me in that way, like I just dismiss their stated age and think of them as, er, ageless entities. 😛

    I’ll save my official happy birthday greetings for later, so for now, I hope 15 is treating you real well! ❤
